Goals

1. Loose 70 lbs by next January- approximately 10 lbs a month
a. Continue at CrossFit 4-5x a week
b. Continue to eat clean
c. Have assessments with Dr. Jaime and Jay periodically to tweek diet and workouts ect.

2. To be Unscared
a. Continue to compete!
b. Work on new skill each week!
c. Dont hold back on earlier rounds- get "there" everytime and dont be afraid to fail -accept that failing is ok

3. To become one with the run!
a. Run -no row!!!
b. running clinic
c. pose running research and practice

Snow day- opted to sing some kareoke and clean and go out in the snow- well watch the kids out in the snow, for today!! Will go tomorrow if i can get out of my driveway!!! Be safe!

wow!!! so i would have totally chicken out on todays wod except Ms Lara Chrissy gave me a pep talk and made me see how lucky I am to even be there doing the dam thing so i did it!lol!!! 22 and change i think!

so proud of my daughter Kaiely who got up and sang today at her schools Idol Competition- solo!!! she did awesome!!! I really think the confidence that CrossFit has given her had a huge impact on her singing tonight!!!

wod: 1/18/2012

sleep: 8 hours pretty good
diet: sub-par today had some birthday treats at school- ugh its always school!!!
WOD: pull ups- 10, 8, 6, 2 ran out of time so we didnt do 4
15 minute AMRAP:
12 push ups
7 kte
40 singles
felt good arms tired but usually i get all stressed at anything over 10 minutes and i didnt today stayed focus and kept moving the whole time 7 rounds!
