Goals

1. Loose 70 lbs by next January- approximately 10 lbs a month
a. Continue at CrossFit 4-5x a week
b. Continue to eat clean
c. Have assessments with Dr. Jaime and Jay periodically to tweek diet and workouts ect.

2. To be Unscared
a. Continue to compete!
b. Work on new skill each week!
c. Dont hold back on earlier rounds- get "there" everytime and dont be afraid to fail -accept that failing is ok

3. To become one with the run!
a. Run -no row!!!
b. running clinic
c. pose running research and practice

Rest day at CFM but swam an hour -56 laps at the Y -will be going on thursday afternoons if anyone is interested!!!
